• Find out all you need to know to grow chillis in Ireland.
• Chilli Tasting - we grow 18 types of chilli peppers ranging from the very mild to the extremely hot and you will have the opportunity to try them all in our tasting session.
• Cooking Demonstrations - some quick, easy & flavoursome dishes, all made using our own chillis of course.
• Lunch -  a three course lunch; starter, mains and dessert, designed for chilli lovers.
• Sauce Tasting -  try our Tribal Foods range of award winning sauces.
• Sauce Workshop - discover the basics of preserving your chillis using different sauce making techniques.

This is a farm event so please wear suitable clothing & footwear.
